Square/ Round Diffusers
The air pattern control feature of the ARCV gives design freedom for your facility and frequently reduces costly duct runs. Available in 1, 2, 3 or 4-way patterns, the aluminum one-piece core from the Agitair RC Series need not be centrally located in an area.

Product Application

Features
- Air diffusion vanes at opposite angles create turbulent discharge air jets for high induction and rapid temperature equalization
- Optional shock and vibe (S&V) construction is available. Trim frames and dampers are ordered separately and shipped loose for field installation
- Accessories available include Duct Mounted Opposed Blade Dampers (DOBD), Steel Plaster Frames (SMF), and Aluminum Plaster Frames (ASMF)
- All-steel construction with optional aluminum construction is available. The minimum listed size is 6”x3”, and the maximum listed size is 36”x36” square or 48”x24” rectangular for steel and aluminum-vaned louver diffuser mounting. It is available in the same minimum and maximum sizes, along with 3" increments for steel and aluminum-vaned louver diffuser
- The finish is White (WH) electrocoat finish, in an anodic acrylic paint, baked at 315°F for 30 minutes with a pencil hardness of HB to H
- Anti-sweat slots create high-velocity jets to insulate the diffuser face from entrained air. Sweating due to warm aspirated air impinging on the cold diffuser face is eliminated. Rectangular size diffusers have multiple slots on the long dimension
Benefits

To increase robustness, diffusing vanes are welded and mechanically fastened to adjacent louver sections.

For architectural unity, we provide matching return diffusers similar in construction to the supply diffuser.

The internal duct connection reduces the chances of leakage of air while increasing system efficiency.
