Square/ Round Diffusers

This diffuser is constructed of 18-gauge steel, with a contoured outer cone that reduces ceiling smudging and a removable inner vane (core) assembly. Flexibility allows for both horizontal and vertical air patterns for spot heating, general distribution and cooling at normal temperature.

Product Application

Model VB is designed for facilities that require periodic changes between horizontal and vertical discharges. This high-capacity diffuser is capable of creating a uniform 360-degree discharge pattern for occupant comfort. It promises versatility and is excellent for spot heating, general air distribution, and cooling applications in industrial spaces like factories, warehouses, and shopping malls.

Features

The inner cone of the diffuser is removable to provide access to the duct/damper
Opening the inner vane assembly results in a vertical discharge, and closing the assembly results in a horizontal discharge
The standard finish is a White (WH) electrocoat finish. The finish is an anodic acrylic paint, baked at 315°F for 30 minutes with a pencil hardness of HB to H
Published performance data tested in accordance with ANSI/ASHRAE Standard 70-1991 can be provided

The airflow discharge pattern shall be field adjustable from horizontal to vertical by rotating a ring operator to open or close the inner vane assembly
