The SG200-SD security grille is designed specifically for maximum security environments that are prone to the risk of suicide attempts. It is the perfect solution for behavioral health facilities and prisons and offers greater free area and exceptional air flow for effective ventilation. They are available in sizes ranging from 6"x4” to 30”x30” in 2” increments, with 9”x9” being the only odd size.

Features

Comes with an electrocoat finish in an anodic acrylic paint, baked at 315°F for 30 minutes
The damper is constructed of heavy-gauge steel
Standard finish is White (WH)
Optional Angle frame (AF) is 1-1/2” x 1-1/2” and shipped loose for field installation
Optional steel security bars (SB) are of 3/4” diameter on a maximum of 6” centers tack welded twice at each intersection and welded completely around at the sleeve joint

Published performance data tested in accordance with ANSI/ASHRAE Standard 70-1991 at isothermal conditions
The perforated face comes with 9/32” staggered centers with a 1” border
Available sleeve lengths are 6”, 8”, 10”, 12” and 18”
Optional steel anchor bars (AB) are of 3/4” diameter x 3”, long positioned 3” from back of face plate on top and bottom of sleeve
The sleeve is stitch-welded to the face and along the seams
