Security Grilles

The SG300 security grille with aluminum-welded construction provides durability and greater free area. Its sleeve thickness of 1/8" provides insulation, reduces noise, and shields the duct. The security grille is ideal for high-security institutions.

Vents are highly-secured with optional 1/2” diameter aluminum bars
5/16” round holes on 7/16” staggered centers minimize pressure loss for supply and return applications

Product Application

These grilles offer an all-welded construction of high-quality aluminum that can take heavy usage and last an extended period of time. The perforated face plate ensures no dangerous items can be hidden in the vents.

Available in White (WH) or Mill (ML) finish
Angle frame (AF), iron welded at the corners, is available as an accessory in the size 1-1/2”x1-1/2”x1/8”
Security bars made of aluminum are available as accessories, with diameter of 1/2" on 6”. Security bar grid is tack welded twice at each intersection and welded completely around at the sleeve joint
The manufacturer provides published performance data tested in accordance with ANSI/ASHRAE Standard 70-1991 at isothermal conditions

1/8” aluminum sleeve is available in 6”, 8”, 10”, 12” & 18” lengths
Anchor bars made of aluminum are available as accessories, to be positioned 3” from the back of face plate, on top and at the bottom of the sleeve. Available in diameter of 1/2”x3”
Steel Opposed Blade (SDFO) or Steel Rear Operated (SDRO) dampers are available as accessories. They are welded into the sleeve
