More often than not, air distribution systems generate a lot of noise that could cause disturbance. This is especially disruptive in places like hospitals, libraries, classrooms and learning centers. Our heavy duty AIGD grille is ideal for such applications. This is because they are equipped with aerodynamic blades that can be individually adjusted to provide optimum performance and almost no noise.

Construction includes steel border with extruded aluminum blades
Surface mount (SF) border style
The electrocoat finish is in an anodic acrylic paint, baked at 315°F for 30 minutes with a pencil hardness of HB to H
Sizes larger than 48"x48" are shipped in multiple sections with assembly hardware to facilitate field assembly

Comes with front horizontal (SH) or front vertical (SV) blades with 1-1/4”, 2”, or 3” blade spacing
Standard finish is White (WH)
The grille is tested in accordance with ANSI/ASHRAE Standard 70-2006
