T70FB, T70DFB, T80FB, T80DFB Suggested Specification:
The steel filter return grille shall be Tuttle & Bailey model T70FB (horizontal bars) or T80FB (vertical bars). The grille shall provide a filter frame to accept standard 1” or 2” filters. Construction shall be of 22 gauge steel and the grille shall have fixed bars on 3/4” centers with a 1-1/4” wide margin on all sides with mitered corners. Bar deflection angle shall be available in 0º (T70FB/T80FB) or 35º (T70DFB/T80DFB). The filter grille shall be available with Knurled Knob or quarter turn fasteners for convenient access.
Finish shall be Tuttle & Bailey White (WH) electrocoat finish. The finish shall be an anodic acrylic paint, baked at 315ºF for 30 minutes with a pencil hardness of HB to H.
